1. Management of personal data
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of June 21, 2014 for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 06, 2004 as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).
a. Responsibility for collecting personal data
For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User's personal account and their navigation on the Site, the person responsible for processing Personal Data is: KLONA. KLONA is represented by Nicolas DESSEAUX, its legal representative.
As the person responsible for processing the data it collects, KLONA undertakes to respect the framework of the legal provisions in force. It is in particular up to the Client to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and customers, from the collection of their consents, with complete information on the processing of their personal data.
b. Purpose of the data collected
KLONA is likely to process all or part of the data:
- To allow navigation on the Site and the management and traceability of services and products ordered by the user.
- To prevent and fight against computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.).
- To improve navigation on the Site.
- To conduct optional satisfaction surveys: email address.
- To conduct optional communication campaigns (SMS, mail): phone number, email address.
KLONA does not sell your personal data, which is therefore only used by necessity or for statistical and analysis purposes.
c. Right of access, rectification and opposition
In accordance with current European regulations, Users of KLONA services have the following rights:
- Right of access (Article 15 GDPR) and rectification (Article 16 GDPR), update, completeness of data.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13-2c GDPR).
- Right to limit processing (Article 18 GDPR).
- Right to oppose processing (Article 21 GDPR).
- Right to data portability provided (Article 20 GDPR).

d. Non-disclosure of personal data
KLONA refrains from processing, hosting or transferring the Information collected from its Clients to a country located outside the European Union without prior information to the client.
e. Incident notification
Regardless of the efforts made, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. If we become aware of a security breach, we would warn the users concerned.
f. Security
When processing Personal Data, KLONA takes all reasonable measures to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
2. Hypertext links "cookies" and tags
KLONA services contain hypertext links to other sites. KLONA assumes no responsibility for the content of these sites.
a. "COOKIES"
A "cookie" is a small file sent to the User's browser. The User can configure their browser to decide whether or not they want to accept them.
b. INTERNET TAGS
KLONA may occasionally use Internet tags to evaluate visitor responses to the Site and the effectiveness of its actions.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KLONA harmless regarding any loss or damage resulting from your violation of these conditions.
4. Applicable law
Any dispute related to the use of KLONA services is subject to French law and the competent courts of Paris.
5. Final provisions
KLONA reserves the right to cite the name and logo of the Client in its customer references, unless express disagreement notified in writing.
