Welcome to the Terms of Service for Klona.io. We are delighted to have you with us and thank you for choosing to use our services. We have listed below the important legal conditions that apply to every visitor to our website and every user of our applications and services. These terms are necessary for your protection and ours, in order to provide our services in a satisfactory manner for everyone.
1. Definitions
Client: any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or legal person, who visits the Site subject to these general conditions.
Site and Services: klona.io is a website of the company KLONA which provides Clients with a platform and an application for management and participation in collaborative virtual worlds online called "KLONA".
Content: All elements constituting the information present on the Site, in particular texts – images – videos – 3D files.
Customer Information: Hereinafter referred to as "Information(s)" which correspond to all personal data likely to be held by klona.io for the management of your account, customer relationship management and for analysis and statistics purposes.
User: Internet user or employee of a company connecting to and using the aforementioned site or application.
Personal Information: "Information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies" (article 4 of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).

Under Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the websites are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and monitoring:

3. General conditions of use
The Site and Services constitute an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and applicable International Regulations. The Client may not in any way reuse, assign or exploit for their own account all or part of the elements or works of these Services.
The use of the Site and Services of klona.io implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use are likely to be modified or supplemented at any time.
4. Description of the Site and Services provided
The purpose of the website www.klona.io is to provide information concerning the use of the KLONA application. The KLONA online application aims to offer a 3D solution to create and participate in events in virtual worlds.
All information indicated on the Site and Services is given for information purposes only and is subject to change.
5. User Account
In order to use and access certain sections and features, you must first register and create an account ("User Account"). It is also possible to use your own authentication provider (SSO) if the offer entitles you to it.
You are fully responsible for actions performed via your User Account. We strongly recommend that you maintain the confidentiality of your identifiers.
6. Contractual limitations on technical data
The Site and Services use PHP, JavaScript and Unity3D technology. The user agrees to access the site using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with an updated last generation browser.
Klona.io cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network preventing access to the server.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Property of klona.io
klona.io owns the intellectual property rights to all elements created by KLONA (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, sounds). Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.
7.2 Your intellectual property
The company KLONA claims no ownership rights over your content. You confirm that you hold all rights to the content you upload to your User Platform.
8. Service Fees
The use of certain services may be subject to the payment of specific fees. Paid services are generally billed in advance and may include automatic renewal.
Right of withdrawal: You have the possibility to notify cancellation within fourteen (14) days following the first order to obtain a refund.
9. Cancellation
You may stop using and request to cancel your account at any time. Cancellation may result in the loss of certain content or data associated with your account.
10. Limitations of liability
KLONA is responsible for the quality and truthfulness of the Content it publishes. However, KLONA cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site.
11. Management of personal data
In accordance with the GDPR, the User has rights of access, rectification, erasure and opposition to their personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting contact@klona.io or by mail to the head office address.
KLONA undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of information and guarantee that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons.
12. Cookies and Tags
A "cookie" is a small file saved on your terminal. It helps improve your navigation and use of services. The User can configure their browser to refuse cookies, at the risk of limiting their experience on the site.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify KLONA for any loss or claim arising from your violation of these conditions or the rights of third parties.
14. Applicable law
Any dispute related to the use of KLONA's services is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
15. Final provisions
KLONA reserves the right to cite the name and logo of the Client in its commercial references, unless express disagreement notified in writing.
